We have issued a privacy agreement to present you in order to remove your worries about the points you are sensitive with. Hastel Gıda San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. accepts to undertake the whole responsibility of the information it has and/or will have about you within the framework of the following articles.

Information about our customers will not be used without our customers’ consent and their official permission, above the provisions of the agreement for any aim except the “legal obligations”.

The information acquired in order to work with you (within the provisions of the agreement) will only be used by the authorized personnel of Hastel Gıda San. Tic. Ltd. Şti.

The information of you we have will always be secured at the highest possible level of security, our company will be responsible for the security of all the information of you that we have.

The information will not be transferred to the third parties, that we have to work with in order to make bussiness, without your approval and written approval in any form. Also in cases of availability of your written approval, sharing will always be kept at the minimum level.

In cases of the situations to work with the third parties, the parties will be demanded to accept the provisions of privacy and to fully obey them, legal guarantee will be provided.

For your comfort; At the time of issuing agreement, additional provisions that parties agreed upon would be included within the direction of your demand.
